Anti wrinkle Follow-Up Appointment Policy
Recommended Follow-Up Schedule: All patients are strongly encouraged to schedule and attend a follow-up appointment approximately 14 days (2 weeks) after their initial injection, This time frame is critical for the following reasons:
Assessment of Results: It allows the practitioner to assess the final outcome of the treatment, as the full effect of the product can take up to two weeks to develop.
Minor Adjustments: If necessary, this appointment provides an an opportunity for minor "touch-up" injections to achieve optimal symmetry and desired results.
"Touch-Up" Injections: Any requests for additional "touch-up" units must be made and performed within the 14-day follow-up window. The touch-up will only be performed during the scheduled follow-up appointment. Please note: Touch-up units are typically included in the initial treatment price, but this may vary. Any additional charges will be communicated to the patient prior to injection.
Patient Responsibilities: To ensure the best possible results, patients are expected attend their scheduled 14-day follow-up appointment.
Communicate any concerns or questions regarding their treatment results to the practitioner during this appointment. Understand that individual results can vary and that the practitioner’s primary goal is to achieve the best and safest outcome.
Policy for Missed or Late Follow-Ups: Patients who miss their 14-day follow-up appointment and wish to receive a touch-up will be required to schedule a new appointment. Appointments for minor adjustments that occur more than 14 days after the initial treatment will be considered a new treatment and will be charged at the full standard rate. This is because the initial treatment effect may be starting to wear off, and a new assessment and full treatment plan are required.
