Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- Booking: All appointments must be secured with a deposit of £30 or by providing credit/debit card details on file.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of the deposit or a charge to the card on file. You may reschedule your appointment once, fee of charge, providing you give 48 hours notice. Rescheduling less than 48 hours notice on one or more occasion will result in a £25 fee.
- Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply. Please telephone or message directly and not via social media as this is not reviewed regularly
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may require future appointments to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who is deemed medically unsuitable for a treatment, exhibits inappropriate or abusive behaviour, or for whom a treatment is not in their best interest. This includes situations where the practitioner identifies signs of body dysmorphic disorder.
Confidentiality and Data Privacy (UK GDPR)
- All client information, including personal details, medical history, treatment plans, and photographic records, will be kept strictly confidential. This data is essential for us to provide you with a safe and effective treatment and to manage our business operations
- We are fully compliant with the UK GDPR. Client data is collected only for legitimate business purposes and will be stored securely, both digitally and physically. All information obtained is strictly confidential. Collection of data is stored securely both digitally and encrypted
- Client records will be retained for a minimum of 8 years from the date of the last treatment. Afrer this your data will be securely destroyed
- Client data will not be shared with any third party without explicit, written consent.

Pricing and Payments
- Service Pricing: Prices for all services are available upon request and are subject to change.
- The total cost of a treatment will be confirmed during the consultation
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is then applied towards the total cost of your service on the day of your treatment.
- Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of your service. We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards and cash. If you have made a prior arrangement with us, the payment terms will be as agreed upon.

Guests and Waiting Area: While we cannot accommodate guests in the treatment room, any friends or family members who accompany you are welcome to wait in our comfortable waiting room.
- Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the appointment being cancelled and deposit being forfeited. You will need to re-book another appointment
